Brunette is an online retailer of restaurant products. We exist to give access to some of Canada's top food products only accessible on location. You can now order the finest products our country has to offer from the comfort of your own home. You'll thank us later.

We offer a variety of curated brands heavily influenced by our hometown of Montreal. From condiments to spreads, to sauces and seasonings — not to mention apparel, merch and books.

What separates you from other online food retailers?
Our carefully curated selection of products encompasses some of Canada's finest establishments. We aim to expand the reach of niche products that have previously only been available in brick & mortar locations.

How does Brunette support local?
Being from the restaurant industry ourselves, it was always part of our strategy to operate in full transparency with all participating restaurants, while building a profitable business. A percentage of sales indeed goes back to the restaurant on a monthly basis, while Brunette handles everything from inventory management, customer service and everything in between. Our platform has become an additional revenue stream for a lot of the brands we carry, especially now that a lot of them have been forced to close due to COVID-19. That said, we’ve raised over $45,000 for both the Montreal Restaurant Workers Relief Fund (MRWRF) and for restaurants since March 2020 from our “Pay Now, Eat Later” gift card campaign. We’re doing everything we can to be the partner restaurants are looking for across Canada.

Do you offer free shipping?
We do! If you live in Canada, shipping is free over $40 (with the exception of Yukon, NWT and Nunavut).

Do you offer flat rate shipping?
Yep! For our Canadian friends, we offer $12 flat rate shipping country-wide (with the exception of Yukon, NWT and Nunavut).

How does next-day delivery work?
BoxKnight next-day delivery is offered to customers in the Greater Montreal area at a rate of $8. Next-day delivery is available for all orders (within the serviceable area) placed before 1PM EST. Orders placed after 1PM may arrive the following day. Orders placed Friday after 1PM Eastern time will go out for delivery the following Monday. At checkout, customers within the serviceable area may select BoxKnight next-day delivery as their shipping method.

Can I make a reservation at any of the restaurants featured on Brunette via this website?
Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to reserve a table for any of our customers at any of the featured restaurants on our website. All restaurants must be contacted directly.

What is Sezzle?
Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later - with no interest! When you use Sezzle to complete your purchase, Brunette processes your order as normal - there's no difference to your online shopping experience, except you'll only have to pay 25% off the cost upfront.

How does Sezzle work?
With Sezzle, the total cost of your purchase gets broken down into smaller payments. We'll ask you to pay 25% of your order up-front, and the remaining amount is spread out over 3 more equal instalments over the next 6 weeks. There are no interest or processing fees. A fee will only be charged to you by Sezzle if a payment fails or you need to postpone your payments more than once per order.

Is there a minimum order amount to use Sezzle?
No, there is no minimum order amount to pay with Sezzle.

Can I return or exchange an order I made with Sezzle?
Yes, the process to return or exchange your order is exactly the same as any other purchase made at Brunette. If you return part or all of your order, the instalments will be adjusted by Sezzle and you will be refunded for what you have already paid.

Does using Sezzle affect my credit score?
No. Sezzle will perform a "soft check" to prevent fraud and verify your identity, but your Sezzle usage does not currently get reported to any credit bureaus.
