SHIPPING & PICKUPS

We offer a contactless local pick-up service. Orders will be prepared within 24 to 48 hours. We are open for pick-up Monday through Friday between 1-5PM at 4000 rue Saint Ambroise, Suite 104, Montreal, QC, H4C 2C7.

Orders sent by mail are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days from the time it is placed.

In most cities in Canada, we offer $12 flat rate delivery or free shipping for orders of $75 or more. We will give you the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Brunette reserves the right, in exceptional cases, to refuse to ship your order and refund it.

We deliver outside of Canada. In this case, the delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. Depending on the option chosen, your delivery may not have a tracking number. Orders sent via Canada Post Small Packet USA Air option do not have a tracking number.

We offer next-day delivery through BoxKnight to the Greater Montreal area and the Greater Toronto Area. In this case, the delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. Orders placed after 1PM Eastern time will ship the following day. Orders placed after 1PM Eastern time on Fridays will ship out the following Monday. 

All orders placed on statutory holidays will ship out the following business day. 

International orders may be subject to taxes and customs duties, which are not covered by Brunette. These charges are imposed by your government and are entirely independent of delivery charges. Please note that the arrival of packages may be delayed by their passage through customs, which unfortunately is beyond our control.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges on full price items within 10 days of delivery. The refund (excluding delivery costs) will be made upon receipt of the returned goods, as long as they are in the same condition as at the time of the sale (unused, with tags in its original packaging).

Except in exceptional cases (defective goods, etc.), the customer must cover all return delivery costs, including additional fees such as duties. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. For your protection, we suggest that you return the goods by registered mail.

It is very rare for packages to be lost or damaged in the mail, but we will do everything in our power to ensure that your order is properly packaged to arrive safely. If this happens, we assume no responsibility for lost or damaged packages. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused by the shipment must be taken care of by you with the delivery company. Once the goods have been shipped, you have accepted and understand that Brunette is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage suffered by any of the services we provide. If you receive a package with a damaged item, we recommend that you take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging in which it arrived. This is necessary to make an insurance claim with the delivery company.
